Brooke N. Collins is a strategic designer, community wellbeing architect, and the founder of Humanbn Strategies.
For more than a decade, she has worked at the intersection of human-centered design, community health, and organizational strategy, helping institutions, communities, and systems move from good intentions to designed outcomes.
Her work is grounded in a simple observation: most wellbeing efforts fail not because of poor intentions, but because of poor architecture. Programs are added on top of programs. Culture is aspired to but not designed for. And the people closest to the community are rarely at the center of the design.
The Humanbn Method™→her proprietary framework←was built in response to that gap. It has been applied in community activation, healthcare, and corporate contexts, producing outcomes that are measurable, replicable, and designed around the whole person.
building the architecture that connects wellbeing aspiration to measurable outcomes.
In Q4 2025, Brooke led Experience Encanto→a creative placemaking activation in Southeastern San Diego that transformed a corridor of vacant storefronts into pop-up galleries, community lounges, and a live podcast studio in 90 days. The activation drew 200+ attendees from 57 RSVPs, generated $5,500+ in direct artist income, and produced a week-long community-demanded extension, proof that when spaces are designed for belonging, people don’t just attend. They return.

Her framework aligns with what three independent bodies of research→the Surgeon General’s Framework for Workplace Mental Health, HERO’s 2022 Scorecard, and Wellhub’s 2026 Work-Life Wellness Report→identify as the solution: wellbeing must be designed into culture and environment, not bolted on as a benefit. The research named the need. The Humanbn Method™ is how you close it.

She partners with a select number of organizations, communities, and institutions each year→those ready to stop treating wellbeing as a program and start designing it as a system.
